The Senior Minister has primary responsibility for preaching and teaching the Word of
God and to provide spiritual leadership, nurturing, and vision to the Body in partnership with the
Elders, Staff, ministry teams and congregation. This ministry leader works as part of a team to
promote enthusiasm and involvement in outreach, education, service, and worship to the church at
Southside. They will be required to hold office hours throughout the week plus whatever outreach activities they can participate in or lead. The congregation is around 150 members with a Family and Youth Minister, and office administrator to work alongside.
