Full-Time Minister Monticello church of Christ Monticello, Arkansas Elders: 3 Deacons: 8 College Minister: 1 Salary: Based on experience Monticello church of Christ, a 150-year-old congregation in Monticello, Arkansas, is seeking a full-time minister. We have 100-120 members, three elders, eight deacons, and a college minister, with a good mix of both younger and older couples. Our congregation does not use instrumental music. We are looking for someone who is growth minded with an excellent work ethic, spiritually grounded, and interested in building relationships not only within our congregation, but also within our community. Duties will include pulpit sermons, teaching and planning adult classes, visiting, community evangelic outreach, and working with other congregations in the area. A minister with a degree in Bible from a Biblically sound institution is preferred but not required. Salary will be based on experience. Candidates that are married with children are preferred.
