Dr. Harris is a graduate of SIBI, Bakersfield College, Abilene Christian University, and Master’s International School of Divinity. He has spent 33 years in congregational ministry in Colorado, California and Texas. He has been teaching in the Master’s Program at SIBI since its inception in 2009 and plans to continue to teach classes as well as performing administrative duties. Like the majority of our Master’s degree students, he preaches fulltime (at the 12th Street Church of Christ in Shallowater) and understands the need to learn while serving as a preacher or minister. Dr. Harris adds, "I am looking forward to working with this fine master's program. SIBI has a credibility which is known throughout the brotherhood, and I am anticipating a wonderful relationship with SIBI as we take men to the next stage in their education." |
